- Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you.
Refunds:
- Refunds will only be issued for the cost of the item, not the original delivery cost.
- Custom orders and sale items are not eligible for refunds but can be exchanged.
- Exchange for sale items is available only for the same value; any price difference will be credited as store credit.

Processing Returns:
- Returns must be in original condition with packaging and tags. No refund will be issued if the item is damaged, used, or missing packaging/tags.
- Refunds usually take 4-7 working days to reflect in your original payment method after the inspection process.
