Return & Exchange Conditions:
- Customers can return or exchange items within 5 days of receiving their order. No questions asked!
- All items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged (unless damaged upon receipt). After receiving the item, we will inspect it and notify you.
- For unsuitable or defective items, we will refund the cost of the item only, excluding the original delivery cost.
- Sale items are not eligible for refunds, but exchanges are allowed.
Size Issues:
- We recommend using our size chart before ordering. If there’s a size discrepancy (too small or large), contact us at support@catchyelegance.com for assistance.
Color Variations:
- The actual product color may slightly differ due to screen resolution.

Order Cancellation: Orders can only be canceled before shipping. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

- Items must be in original condition with packaging and tags.
- Exchanges are available if the fit is inaccurate, or the item is defective or damaged during transit (photos required).
- Exchanges are subject to availability.
- Personalized or custom products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds:
- Refunds are only available for non-sale items and will be issued for the item cost, not the original delivery fee.
- Items must be in original condition with tags and packaging to be eligible for a return. No refund will be processed for missing tags, damaged, or used items.
- Refunds generally take 4–7 working days to reflect in your original payment method after the inspection process.
